Philosophy:  Helping you find your purpose in life is my passion. I believe that when we search within yourselves, we discover courage, resiliency, and personal strengths to find our purpose. I attempt to be your anchor, within a good therapeutic relationship, to foster a sense of compassion, trust, and respect needed to develop this discovery.

Style: Because I know asking for help isn’t always easy, I use encouraging, non-judgmental, and empathic collaboration.  I believe that each person, whether child or adult, is unique and requires individualized treatment tailored to meet their personal needs. Together we figure out the best therapy approach to assist you in successfully achieving your goals. I provide a safe environment, where you can feel heard and understood.

Specialties: I support individuals, couples, parents, families, and children using Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Strength Based Therapy.

Experience:  My professional experience includes working with those struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, persistent stress, and substance dependency. Over the last several years, I have enjoyed working as a clinician on multidisciplinary teams within dual diagnosis inpatient and outpatient programs.
