Philosophy:  In our busy lives we can lose connection with ourselves and important relationships. Have you ever found yourself repeating common conflicts in your current relationships that you experienced in your childhood family? Do you sometimes feel a disconnection between your thoughts, body, and emotions? If so, you’re not alone.  As a family therapist, I feel it’s important for us to better understand the influence and impact our families have had on who we are in our current relationships. Exploring these influential relationships helps us restore a connection with those we care about. Taking time to understand ourselves, including negative thinking patterns, is needed for us to change. I have witnessed the incredible growth of those who focus on both their inner and outer influences.

Style: I am compassionate and authentic. We work together within a safe environment to promote positive change. We build on your strengths and the resources that exist around you. For couples, we work together to find new solutions to existing problems.
